• Warranty requests: name, email, phone, apartment address, description of the issue and any photos you attach.
• Property viewing and purchase inquiries: name, email, phone and related details.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser information and cookie identifiers.

Why we process it and legal basis

• To respond to your inquiries and provide our services — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• To handle warranty cases — contract and our legitimate interest in supporting our customers (art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• To send marketing communications where you have subscribed — your consent (art. 6(1)(a)).
• To operate, secure and improve our website and analyse its use — our legitimate interest, and consent for non-essential cookies (art. 6(1)(f) and (a)).

Who we share data with
