I wasn't searching for an apartment for too long because I wanted to move as quickly as possible. However, I still looked through many listings, and the apartment from Scandi was the only one I truly liked at that time. It was a pity that most of Scandi's projects were located in Mustamäe, as it's not convenient for me to live in that area. At the same time, I am very glad that I found and managed to buy an apartment they made in a suitable area.

I really like the layout: 2 separate rooms, a kitchen combined with the living room, and access to the balcony. It's the perfect option for a first apartment. It's not too big, so it doesn't hit the budget too hard, but it has room for different stages of life: one of the separate rooms can be used as an office, storage, guest room, or in the future as a nursery. Another big plus was that the apartment was sold already furnished, which made the move much easier. I also want to note that everything was arranged not just for the sake of it. The interior turned out to be really cozy. Perhaps that's what caught my eye at first glance. Moreover, all the decorative items stayed with me: paintings, candles, decorative pillows, and a throw. This added coziness when I first moved in.

I would 100% recommend it. Not only was the renovation done with quality (the floor and walls are truly leveled perfectly, I checked), but the knowledge of the property was excellent: I got answers to all my questions, which pleasantly surprised me. Special thanks to Andrey for his help at every stage. Even after purchasing the apartment, my questions were not left unattended, and I could always reach out and get the necessary help.

We were looking for a functional and beautiful home, and we didn't want to build or renovate ourselves. Scandi had just the right three-room apartment in a charmingly thick-walled stone house at the price of a two-room one. Most of the essentials for living were already carefully matched with the color scheme, and even a houseplant was waiting for its new resident. Despite the 40 m2 area, the well-thought-out layout has made the spaces spacious, and everything necessary, including a large home office, fits in. Scandi also provides very detailed construction drawings and has carried out professional electrical work. Behind the house, there is a grill restaurant and a bus stop ;).

I found my way to Scandi through a real estate portal. The apartment, its location, the number of rooms, layout, and the extremely aesthetic renovation and furnishings immediately won my heart. My beautiful and bright kitchen corner and the large open wardrobe in the bedroom receive the most praise.

We were exploring renovated apartments in the Mustamäe area and came across a very well-priced apartment renovated by your company. My partner fell in love with it immediately, and the other options no longer mattered. We booked a viewing time for the apartment, and right after the viewing, we made the reservation. So far, everything has been very nice with the apartment, and there is not much to complain about. The kitchen is very nice, electricity runs everywhere, the bathroom is beautiful, and all the walls are nicely finished. We are very satisfied.

We found our Scandi home through a listing on KV. When we went to view the apartment, it was still in the full renovation phase, and the interior design hadn't started yet. However, our trust in Scandi, based on their previous projects, was strong, and we haven't been disappointed :) We love everything about our home - the chosen color schemes, furniture, and kitchen. The layout is well thought out, modern, and cozy, just as a home should be. It's nice that small details have been added, like tiny lights, candles, pictures on the walls, and houseplants. A true "turnkey" solution :) Additionally, the entire Scandi team was extremely helpful throughout the entire purchasing process, which took a bit longer than planned due to us.

I found my home on the kv.ee website. It was in the perfect location and I liked it from the very first moment. The homes are charmingly furnished and feel homely from the moment you move in. The apartment has quality furniture and modern color schemes.

I moved into the apartment myself and so far I am satisfied. Communication with Danil and Maria has worked well. I liked that I received quick answers to my questions and that, as much as possible, my wishes were accommodated.

I am now nicely settled in my new home and very satisfied :) Everything is going very well with the home. I really like the interior and layout of the renovated apartment - I appreciate that there are many cupboards/wardrobes where things can be stored. There is also enough space in the kitchen. The smaller details that bring joy are the night light in the toilet, underfloor heating, and the master switch that turns off all the lights.
